How to stuff the pastels and pencils into the molded pencil cases efficiently?

  Actually it is never easy to stuff these accessories into the pencil case efficiently and correctly, especially when it is in the peak season for the production. So please see what our excellent workers do for our latest production happened in April. We'd like to share with everybody a bit how they did in the whole process.  

1. Sort out all the pastels and pencils according to the colors and put them into the separate boxes, which were lined up in sequence.

2. Take each out from each box and grab all the N colors pieces into one palm.

3. Use the round ends of the pencils to pierce through the elastic loops in one time.

4. Rotate the pencils bodies to let the logos show in the right position.

5. Close the zipper

6. Pack into the polybag and seal it.
